Effet Mer Signature is a caterer specialising in oysters and caviar in Paris. Our Oysters Men/Women shuck the oysters right in front of your guests.
Where do we operate?
As an oyster caterer based in the Île-de-France region, we travel throughout Paris and the whole Île-de-France.
Do we require a minimum number of guests?
No, there is no minimum. We cater for an intimate private dinner as well as for a cocktail party of several hundred guests.

Where do our oysters come from?
We work with a partner oyster farm in Brittany, where we usually source our oysters. You remain free to choose another origin, which may affect the quote.
