Effet Mer Signature was born from a simple conviction: fine seafood needs no artifice. From selection to service, every step is designed to reveal the product at its best moment, in front of your guests.
We favour oysters from our partner farm, with whom we work directly. To meet every request, we can also select other origins, varieties or sizes, depending on your wishes and the format of your event.
