How many oysters should we plan for a cocktail party?
With the Oysters Men/Women offer, the number of oysters matters little: the experience and the service come first, with no quota per guest. For the Oyster Bike, our cargo bike, plan 1 to 3 oysters per guest, i.e. 100 to 300 oysters for 100 guests.
Can we have an oyster shucker on site?
Of course. Whether you choose our Oysters Men/Women offer or our Oyster Bike, one or more oyster shuckers always come to your event.
Does Effet Mer Signature travel throughout the Île-de-France region?
Yes. Effet Mer Signature is an oyster caterer in the Île-de-France region. We cater in Paris and throughout the Île-de-France for private and corporate events.
Do you cater corporate cocktail parties?
Yes, we cater all types of cocktail parties. Our Oysters Men/Women offer adapts to every kind of private event imaginable.
Is there a minimum number of guests?
There is no minimum number of guests.
How quickly will I receive my quote?
We send you a tailored quote within 48 hours of receiving your request.
How much does an oyster bar cost in Paris?
Our oyster bar is available from €950 excluding VAT.
Can we choose where the oysters come from?
Yes, you are completely free to choose the origin of the oysters (this may, however, affect the quote). We work with a partner oyster farm in Brittany, where we usually source our oysters, and we keep excellent relations with all other suppliers.
Do you offer a mobile service?
Yes, it is even our signature offer: the Oyster Bike, our mobile oyster bar, ready to serve and set up anywhere in a few minutes.
How long does the service last?
The service lasts about 1 hour 30 minutes on average: long enough to serve every guest, short enough for our Oysters Men/Women not to disturb your guests.
Do you cater events in hotels?
Of course, in all hospitality venues (hotels, cafés, restaurants).
Can you cater on a rooftop?
Of course, our Oysters Men/Women offer is well suited to this kind of request. Flexible and easy to transport, we can come to any venue.
Do you cater trade fairs?
Yes, we have already catered several trade fairs, notably at Porte de Versailles and Porte de Champerret.
